僅此一檔Lee Kuan Yew (1923– ) is a prominent Singaporean statesman. He was the first prime minister of the Republic of Singapore and governed the island nation for three decades (1959–1990). By the time he stepped down to enable a smooth leadership renewal, he had become the world’s longest-serving prime minister. He was Singapore’s senior minister (SM) from 1990 to 2004 and then minister mentor (MM) from 2004 to 2011. As the co-founder and first secretary-general of the People’s Action Party (PAP), he led the party to eight victories from 1959 to 1990, oversaw the separation of Singapore from Malaysia in 1965, and engineered its subsequent transformation from an underdeveloped colonial outpost with no natural resources into a First-World Asian Tiger. He remains one of the most influential political figures in Southeast Asia.

來自高雄的「悅品飲茶」，自4月1日進駐台北微風南山，推出一系列港式飲茶點心。但是5月31日宣告，因為百貨租期及品牌規劃等因素所以停業，壽命僅有短短的60天。悅品飲茶微風南山店限定的悅品品味籠，一次可吃到5款特色點心，198元。記者陳睿中／攝影 分享 facebook 由MLD所打造的悅品飲茶，在高雄稱為「悅品中餐廳」，為當地的人氣餐廳。4月1日時，悅品飲茶與品牌旗下的悅品擺酒、étage15 ENJOY TABLE等不同型態的餐廳同時於微風南山開幕。其中悅熱門產品過年送禮推薦品飲茶約150坪，設有120個座位，並透過大理石紋桌商品限時商品面、古銅金鳥籠吊燈等元素，打造出清新的打卡風環境。. } }); } 相較於高雄店，台北的悅品飲茶僅提供點心、腸粉、燒臘等料理，點心均採現點現蒸。另還有下午茶時段限定的「悅品品味籠」，可品嚐到針孔蝦餃皇、金牌流沙包，另還有蠔汁金菇餃、黑糖馬來糕、甜菜根蝦餃等點心，每籠198元。其他還有鮮蝦腐皮捲、蘿蔔絲餅等數十款點心，售價自98元起。悅品飲茶粉絲頁才於5月31日中午發文，大力宣傳自家的「蟹籽燒賣皇」，結果隔5小時就緊急發出搬遷公告，表示因為百貨租期及品牌規劃，微風南山店營業至2019年5月32018熱銷產品開店送禮推薦1日，新地點正在籌備中。網友也留網路熱賣商品言表示：「也太突然！」、「來不及吃～」悅品飲茶提供有鮮蝦腐皮捲、蘿蔔絲餅等點心。記者陳睿中／攝影 分享 facebook
大學自治民意分歧 學者：釐清權責
【台灣醒報實習記者蔣濬浩台北報導】監督大學自治無共識！最新民調指出，有將近40%的民眾認為教育部合理監督大專院校，卻有45%民眾認為是國家政治力介入。民調小組召集委員馮清皇指出，台大校長遴選案之後，大學與教育部之間的信任已不復存在，導致人民對教育部監督大學的合適性存疑。學者楊國賜評論說，各大學需要與教育部盡早釐清權責，以重拾人民對政府與大學自治的信心。
根據黃昆輝教授教育基金會最新民調顯示，約70%的受訪民眾認為大學自治需受法律監督，但問及政府對大學自治進行合法性監督時，卻有45.9%的民眾認為是政治力介入，而只有38.2%認為這並非政治力介入，顯見民眾對依法約束大學自治仍有矛盾看法。
「有高達七成民眾認為，若有適法性疑義，則應監督審核決定是否聘任。」馮清皇指出，從此次的民意調查中可以觀察到，民眾對於大學仍需「依法行政」的概念有相當的認知及堅持，此調查結果令人振奮。但針對「45%的民眾認為主管機關對大學自治的合法性監督是政治介入」的調查結果，馮清皇推論，應是人民對於政府執法程度的不信任所造成，而不是對法律本身的質疑。
黃昆輝教授教育基金會民調小組基金會召集人郭生玉則表示，民眾對於教育部是否政治介入大學自治的疑慮，一直以來也是司法界辯論的議題，大法官曾針對大學自治進行多次的釋憲案，但也都只是表達應「尊重大學自治」而無實質共識。馮清皇認為，現在大學與與教育部之間充斥著不信任，過去依靠默契與習慣法的合作關係已不再適用，必須盡快去除兩者在權力關係上的模糊部分。
嘉義大學創校校長兼評論學者楊國賜指出，教育部與大學之間的運作機制需要進行改革，尤應明訂教育部介入大學校園的範圍，以及大學校長的遴選程序，都要訂定清晰的法律架構。「我們急需各大學相關人士與教育部一同研擬大學自治的共識。」楊國賜強調，只有將教育部與大學之間的職責釐清，才不會重蹈覆轍台大校長遴選案的悲劇。
